Return Policy

JB Hudson will accept returns within 14 days of an item’s delivery. To return an item and receive a full refund, please understand the following:

• Contact us via email to info@jbhudson.com prior to returning the item.
• The refund will be issued in the same method in which the purchase was made.
• Items listed on the website as “returns” or “as-is” are not returnable for a refund.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as when originally purchased, and include all original boxes, papers and documentation including GIA Certificates, warranties, etc., that may have been included in your purchase. Any return without such original documentation may be subject to a replacement charge and/or be ineligible for a full refund.
• JB Hudson does not charge a restocking fee.
• Customers in the Twin Cities may return online orders at our Downtown Minneapolis or Ridgedale stores.
• If shipping your return, please use the same or similar packaging, ensuring the item is securely packaged. Insure for the full value and send via the original courier with tracking to the following address:
